Equipment Features
The die is designed with upper and lower layers for universal use.
Vertical feeding structure for effective heat dissipation and cooling.
Stationary die with rotating pressure rollers.
Independent lubrication with high-pressure filtration; maintenance can be performed without shutdown.
Stainless steel die resists corrosion and ensures longer service life.
Variable frequency discharge device guarantees stable pellet forming quality.

Equipment Advantages
Equipped with hardened helical gear reduction. The gear face is widened with an increased module and higher meshing degree, enhancing load-bearing capacity. Its service life is 3–5 times that of conventional reducers.
Gearbox gears are precision-ground using a German NILES gear grinding machine, ensuring smooth transmission, low noise, long service life, and high power heavy-load capacity.
Shortened main shaft for higher torque resistance.
The gearbox lubricating oil is cooled by an independent water-cooled / air-cooled system, reducing oil temperature and extending the service life of internal bearings.
The main shaft bearings are lubricated by the reducer’s own oil circulation, providing effective lubrication while lowering bearing temperature.
Press roller bearings feature an independent automatic oiling system for timed lubrication, ensuring high stability and prolonged service life.

Widely used in biomass fuel plants, power plants, wood processing plants, fertilizer factories, chemical plants, food factories, distilleries, etc. It is an ideal compacting and briquetting equipment with low investment, fast returns and zero risk.
