Fish Feed Extruder

The fish feed pellet machine features simple structure, wide adaptability, small footprint and low noise. During the pelleting process, little or no liquid is required for powdered feed and grass meal. Consequently, the moisture content of finished feed pellets remains close to that of the raw materials, ensuring a low moisture level.

Pellets produced by dry processing with this machine boast high hardness, smooth surface and internal gelatinization, which effectively improves the digestion and absorption of nutrients in feed. Widely applied in the breeding of poultry, livestock and aquatic products such as chickens, ducks and fish, pellet feed enables convenient feeding and effectively reduces material waste.

The extrusion and friction generated during pelleting naturally raise the material temperature to 70-80°C. This temperature denatures trypsin inhibitors contained in grains and beans, lowering their adverse impacts on digestion. Meanwhile, it helps kill partial parasite eggs and pathogenic microorganisms, greatly reducing the risks of parasitic infections and digestive system diseases for animals.

The feed extruder can produce a variety of feed pellets, including pet feed, aquatic feed and more.
Such as cat food, dog food, fish feed, various fishing baits, ground bait and floating feed.
Sinking feed, 1–20 mm pellets, cattle and sheep livestock feed, as well as bird feed pellets.
