The screw design features a powerful self-cleaning function, with screw channels capable of self-purification. Therefore, no shutdown cleaning is required when changing formulas or product varieties. The screw provides strong pumping action, excellent material adhesion and diffusion, fast conveying speed, and relatively stable product quality.
The screw discharge outlet adopts a modular design for easy adjustment.
Can be equipped with an automatic feeding system, connected to the extruder at the other end. Extrusion output can be controlled by adjusting the feeding rate.
Cutting system: the independent cutting unit is easy and quick to connect to the main body. The variable-speed cutting head allows convenient adjustment of the cutter and the gap between the cutter and die plate. Different die plates can be configured as needed to ensure the required particle diameter and length, producing products of various specifications and shapes.
No binder is required for processing floating feed, which can maintain stability in water for more than 2 hours.
Capable of processing round products with a diameter of φ1–20 mm (die plates customizable to requirements).
The main shaft features a combined structure, and the spare extension shaft can adapt to extrusion processing of different raw materials.
Small and medium-sized models are particularly suitable for research institutions, special farms, and small-to-medium feed mills.
