Operation & Safety Precautions
1. To prevent accidents during transportation and handling of the feed crusher and mixer, inspect all bolts and nuts for tightness before use, especially the flat blades, round blades and main shaft nut. Rotate the pulley manually to check for any internal collision.
2. Ensure the machine runs smoothly and no foreign objects are left inside. Start the machine and run it idle for 3 minutes. Only begin operation if no abnormalities are found.
3. Always remove foreign materials from the raw materials during operation. Strictly prevent iron blocks, stones and other hard objects from entering the machine to avoid damage and personal injury.
4. The discharge cloth bag shall be at least 4 meters long and 0.6 meters in diameter, with not-too-dense fabric. Discharge materials timely during use to maintain sufficient air permeability of the bag.
5. Feed materials evenly and monitor the load of the power unit. The feeding rate can be adjusted with the slide gate regulator when crushing granular materials.
