Charcoal Briquette Extruder

A briquette machine is the core equipment for producing rod-shaped solid fuel from additive-free lignocellulosic materials such as wood chips, rice husks, peanut shells, and other agricultural residues.
Raw materials with a particle size of 3–5 mm and moisture content of 8%–12% are dried in a dryer, then formed into fuel under high temperature and high pressure.

Suitable Raw Materials:
Sawdust, bamboo dust, bagasse, cotton stalks, coffee husks, peanut shells, mustard husks/stalks, pine needles, rice husks, sugar mill waste, jute waste, coconut coir pith, and other wastes and residues such as castor husks, red sorghum stalks, tobacco stems, tea residue, sanding dust, tree bark, wild grass, shrubs, etc.

Working Principle
A high-temperature and high-pressure zone is created by the screw propeller and heating elements, compacting loose raw materials into hollow briquette rods.
This product features high density, small volume, and excellent combustibility, making it a viable alternative to firewood and coal.
The standard outer diameter is 50–60 mm with a bore diameter of 15–20 mm, typically shaped as hollow square or hexagonal rods.
It can also be produced in spherical, granular, or honeycomb briquette forms.
