How to solve the strong vibration of the grass cutting machine and feed grinder body?

Firstly, check if the grass cutter is placed or fixed on a horizontal ground. Do not place the grass cutter on an inclined ground, otherwise it will affect the normal use of the machine.

Secondly, investigate the cause from the internal structure of the feed grinder.

(1) Hammer installation error. A certain hammer blade needs to be turned around for use. Please note that all hammer blades inside the crusher must be on the same side and in the same direction, otherwise strong vibrations may occur during operation.

(2) The difference in weight between the two sets of hammer blades exceeds 5 grams. Adjust the position of the hammer to ensure that the difference in weight between the two groups is less than 5 grams.

(3) Some hammer blades are stuck too tightly and do not shake off during operation. After stopping the machine, rotate the hammer by hand to find the hammer that is not rotating flexibly.

(4) The weight of other parts on the rotor is unbalanced, and it is necessary to carefully check and adjust the balance separately.

(5) The spindle is bent and deformed. The solution is to straighten or replace.

(6) The bearing clearance exceeds the limit or is damaged. Usually, the problem can only be solved by replacing the bearings with new ones.

(7) The bottom corner fixing nut is not securely fastened or loose during operation. The solution is to tighten it.
